After a long struggle Vodacom and I eventually came to a agreement to get the amount owing to them payed up so my name can be cleared.
Payment was made and the proof of payment was sent through. Sarika came back to me that as soon as the payment shows on the bank statement they will allocate the payment and send me a payed up letter. Now after a few follow ups I am still waiting for the payed up letter so that this can be cleared from my name but I'm just not receiving any feedback.
Now once again I am waiting
