I WANT TO TERMINATEMY CONTRACT

I bought blackberry 9320 with webbook 1st week of April at Potchefstroom vodashop at Mooireiver Mall from YASEEN and when i get home webbook was not working then i took it back next day, he told me it will be back in a week, the following week i went there and there was nothing, he took my number and assured to call me after following it up but he never did, until i went to him and said he is waiting and that happeped repeatedly for awhile until 20/03/13 i get it. I was given a new 1, i used it the 1st day and 2nd day it didn't wanna open the i took it back again on 25/03/13 and these time the manager TRIENIE received it and the same story happened with her back and forth until 18/04/13 when i told her i'm fed up and i want to terminate the contract and she said i should return everything and i did, and she said by firday of that week i will receive an SMS and she will call me to the shop to come and sign some papers and even now im still waiting. I've been going there everyday to check whats going on and i met NAEEM consultant and he said he is waiting for documents from TRIENIE and thats when he will respond but how can you wait for document for weeks from some1 you see everyDAY?
