Fed up with Cell C

I wrote complaining reports about the Cell C network and BBM not functioning properly. The reports have been submitted on the following days, 13th February, 21 February and 09 April 2013. Cell C have promised to resolve my problems but ever since nothing has changed. I'm still experiencing problems with this network. Even last night I still experienced network and BBM problems with Cell C. I AM FED UP AND ANNOYED WITH THIS RUBBISH NETWORK.
