Hi my girlfriend upgraded her contract on Friday morning at Nashua Clearwater. After numerous attempts the staff have failed to register her SIM on the MTN network.
1. 1st attempt: They did not Rica the SIM and therefore couldn't activate it.
2. 2nd attempt, failed to register on network due to faulty SIM batches
3. 3rd and 4th attempts, failed to register on network due to faulty SIM batches. She is now on her 5th SIM waiting for activation.
No one seems to be able to help sort out the problem, and not Nashua or MTN is making an effort to help the client.
