I received a statement and realised that I was double charged for airtime, my limit is R100.00 but I was charged 2x that amount. I made contact with Nashua Mobile and Maureen Ramokone gave me an unsatisfactory answer that I went over my call limit because of network delayed billing, my frustrations are I won't be able to pay this amount that Is why I set a limit of R100 in the first place, Nashua failed to contact me and make me aware of their error, and after I made contact with them they never responded to my follow up email as I do not understand how I spent R100 more airtime in 5 days. They failed to even send an sms informing me of this error on their side.
