Micro Sim not yet active - Almost a MONTH

Good day,

I am extremely disappointed with my new contract taken out with Nashua nearly a month ago.

My micro sim still does not register on the network. Furthermore, I have phoned MTN and they say that my number shows as prepaid on their end?!!

I have already been charged the full fee for the month of May, yet did not even get a chance to use any of my contract yet!!??

Please sort this out asap.
