I went into Vodacom at Bedford Centre to enquire about upgrading my cell phone contract - I have received a number of sms's from Vodacom to do this. Firstly, I had to ask Tshepo if i could sit down and after I had done so, he told me to move. There was no smile or any real attempt to help me with my claim. I had to ask him the necessary questions and he responded with mumbles. When the supervisor appeared, I asked simply for a print out of the specials as I didn't think I was going to get anything from Tshepo. The supervisor then supervised Tshepo with the printing and after I asked what was taking so long, i received no response from either the supervisor or Tshepo. At this point I decided it was better to cut my losses - I asked for Tshepo's name and left the store. I am seriously considering changing service suppliers after this incident. Why should I feel like a nuisance for trying to upgrade my contract? Very poor!
