Poor Customer service from a whole manager

On the 20th March 2013, my mother went to Clicks to buy her skin care and only realised when she got home that her Pond's Cream was not packed with the rest of the items she bought. She phoned clicks Vosloorus at Chris Hani Crossing and spoke to Tshepo, I was there with her when she explained what happened and Tshepo said he would find out and call hr back, my mother gave him the landline number starting with 011, however hours later no feedback on my mother's query. I phoned back and spoke to Tshepo whom when I asked why he had not followed up on the query he said he did. I asked him on which number he said he did not know, which I then asked how will I know that he did his job if he does not have the number to confirm his statement, he told me to hold, he came back & right there started with the number 071, I then asked him why is it that they never verify information & he blatantly responded how sure am I that he did not verify, I said well its obvious because had you verified you would have realised that u had the incorrct number. This man is rude to the core & the fact that he is the Manager is just mind-boggling to me to this day. Its true that managers are born not made.
