Account suspended yet paid forle cle

I got a mobile contract with cell c, my account was in arrears or behind payment however that been sorted and paid the fee to open the line however the line is still suspended and their consultant told me to wait for 4hrs the line will be open since then nothing has happened 14/05/2013 and today 19/05/2013 nothing is seem to happen about opening the line.
