After posting my last complaint I received 2 calls from Cell C within 3 days of each other, but one was a week later, one two weeks later.
However, I spoke to Tshepo the second time, and he agreed to sort my contract out.
I have now for 11 days being trying to get in touch with Tshepo as I need his advice, and to see what has happened with our agreement.
I have clled the Customer Call Centre 3 times to no avail.
Where to from here Cell C?
