I know this is probably a company compliment, but Tshepo really helped out.
I phoned Dscovery Insure to get a quote for household and vehicle insurance, midway through the call I had to take another call and asked the agent to call me back.
I never received the call back and made 2 additional calls to finalilise the quote, both times I was only told that they will get the original guy to call me.
Finally today I tried again, and was greeted by Tshepo, he had no hesitations to assist me, and was very friendly.
After about a half an hour on the phone, he managed to sign me up.
