Ad service and a bad attitude

I wanted to port from MTN to vodacom... Started the process thursday august 8 2013, tshepo (female) helped me that day, told me to come back when I receive the second sms to complete the porting process, I did so, and my mother went back yesterday august 14, 013, since they don't have name tags she couldn't identify the lady who helped her, before she got service the young lady gave my mother a mouthful, and then told her to switch her phone off @ 6 pm .. And gave her a starter pack, not explaining that she has to wait for the mtn network to die down .. I returned to the vodacom today and explained that we switched it off and it hasn't showed any changes... The manager (I assume) assigned tshepo to assist me, and with doing so had an attitude... Tshepo than told me there's nothing she can do and assisted some 1 else and made me sit there like a fool... I then decided to leave
