We contracted tshepo's grasdak repairs to fix some leaks in our thatch roof. tshepo baloi came with a full force of labourers and completed the job in two days - however one of the leaks has not been fixed properly. on reporting this complaint tshepo baloi undertook to come again and fix the problem on three occasions. despite numerous phone calls and repeated postponement of the appointments the team of thatchers has not re-appeared.
