8ta double standards and going against the NCA

21 months ago I was contacted via 8ta offering me a cell phone contract which I accepted. At that stage I was listed on ITC and still given a contract. Now 21 months later I called the call Centre to check if I am eligible for an upgrade on my phone the agent said yes all I need to do was to go into an 8ta store. Upon completion of all the documents I was advised 48hrs later (after making a fuss) that I cannot get an upgrade due to the fact that I am listed on ITC. Why give me a contract in the first place. For the past 21 months I've been on ITC and have given 8ta thousands of rand in business. This type of behavior needs to be exposed. Don't promote double standards. Their service is pathetic both at the call Centre and at the Trade Route Mall branch extremely unprofessional behavior. I wish I didn't have to do business with a company of such caliber I am however dependent on them due to the fact that it is the only means of telecommunication I have.
