I have tried for a week to upgrade my 8ta contract. Our local branch is useless - I had to drive 400km to Pretoria to eventually open my contract. I want to upgrade telephonically. The call centre says I must contact Cell Direct bin Cape Town, When I phone them they say I am not listed on their system and they cannot help (They never phone back either). I phone 8ta call centre and they say they cannot understand my problem I must just phone cell direct. Well I am in a catch 22 situation No_one is interested in helping and the local branch in Tzaneen is a no go area. The service there is worse than no service at all.
