My husband contacted Cell C on their customer service centre to upgrade my contract. He told me that I will be charged double the first month of my upgrade. The consultant who helped him was unable to explain to him why this was so! I think it is rather shocking that this is being done. My husband has been with Cell C for nearly 10 years and my contract is in his name.
I would appreciate it if it could be explained to both of us why they are making me pay double for the first month.
