Doesn't reply to e-mails since 24/06/13 - 13/08/13

I have been e-mailing Autopage sins the 24/06/2013 to date all that i get back is a reply e-mail telling me that a consultant will contact me but that doesn't happen. my complaint is as follow: I have received an account with an bizarre amount and at that time of the billing i was driving my car to Uvongo. When i phone them thy just transfer me to the next person no help has been given and the have also suspended my phone because they said i didn't pay so i just want to know if there is any one at autopage that can assist me because the service is very bad.
