This was my complaint:
I live in Pretoria, Wonderboom South area, every weekday my Internet & Data are not working from 17H00 to 22H00. I've contacted Cell C more than 5 times the last 2 months and after you convince them the fault is not your phone, PC or Tab. Only then they look and tell me that an tower is down in my area. It's been like this for more than 2 months and they keep on promising this Friday it will be right.

I'v mailed all the answers to your email address on 30 April 2013, they didn't respond to it. WHAT A SURPRISE!
Also phone your tech support directly, they could just tell me they are going to install a new tower at Pretoria Sunnyside. The problem it too much data (USERS) between 17H00 - 22H00 on weekdays. There is congestion on your system and you need to upgrade it or install more towers.
Service call ID 1787836 on 30/04/2013 and also network team ref no. TT 1788992 02/05/2013 was logged.
THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE AND NOT SOLVED!!!
