Double Standards, Illiterate staff and stupidity

Where to start. Fucksakes.

I have two contracts with MTN and both are eligible for upgrade on 10-01. I am taking an HTC One and for the other number a S4. The One I had to order and will only be there next week. For the S4 I wanted to do a early upgrade as it is for my wife and her phone is broken.

Firstly the retentions department inform me that I can only upgrade in November. MTN Active and 808 said October. Had to speak to a manager to sort this.

Ask for early upgrade, tell him that the current phone is broken, now the guy wants a job card number, informs me that without it I cannot do a early upgrade. Friend of mine did this without a job card number or a broken phone. Why does MTN have double standards and illiterate people working for them?

I am so off right now and I am strongly thinking of cancelling both contracts and moving to Vodacom.
