MY UPGRADE HORROR

I made an upgrade from MTN 200 Anytime top-up (blackberry) to MTN 200 Anytime open on 19th April 2013 to qualify for what seemed to be a fantastic promotion running from the 16th April 2013 and got myself a SamsungGalaxyNoteII @ R369.The Promotion includes R200airtime, 200MB, 200SMS's & 30min MTN to MTN calls. To my horror none of this has been loaded when I upgraded at MTN Kolonnade & I blame Jacques as he is the first person to assist with the initial upgrade and clearly he is clueless. I went to back to the store on11thMay2013 and was assisted by Chantell with a worse attitude. The store was offline, she promised to follow up once the system is running and will revert back to me but there was no feedback at all. Chantell was not even aware that this promotion was running from the 16th April already. On 8th May 2013 my account was loaded with the same old bundle of R200 airtime, 25 SMS's and now my bill is enormous as I am billed out of bundle for internet. The quick dial service is pathetic (808, 141, 162), the USSD code is not updated. I AM AT MY WITS END WITH NO HELP IN SIGHT. I went to the store yesterday AGAIN & no change. According to CPA this is IRRESPONSIBLE MARKETING!!!
