Upgraded to Anytime 350 on 20 April 2013.
Promotional Bundle not correctly loaded. I have been back to the store twice to query this and am still waiting for feedback almost 2 weeks later. 808 Client services advises that they are unable to assist.
Initially nothing was loaded but now I pick up R350 airtime, 60 min MTN to MTN calls and 350 sms's on MTN Active.
MTN Active does not reflect 350MB data as promised in the promotion.
All I have asked is that I receive proof that the promotional bundle has been correctly loaded to my profile.
I am very annoyed that no one can assist!
