Since the middle of April I have been wanting to port my number within Nashua from Vodacom to CellC. After several attempts to get feedback from the Durbanville branch, all failed to contact me and inform me to what is happening. I got into contact with the call center, where I got promised my Number would be ported within a few days. Once again it did not happen nor did anyone contact me to what was going on. After this I sent my termination through as this service is not acceptable and clearly stated for my number to be ported to pre-paid, as this is a work number. I got ported to CellC at a later stage but requested them to reverse the port as I clearly stated I was unhappy with the situation and wanted to get away from Nashua. The port was reversed but the number lost!! I need the number back and I made it very clear to have it ported to pre-paid.
The extreme cost of roaming data could not be explained to me from anyone at Nashua, but they took my money.
