Telkom has the worst billing issues I've come across. Since my very first bill last year I've been billed wrongly for installation, Internet and other services. Been billed for Yellow Pages (WFT?) and when I enquired about it I got very impolite answer from the lady at the Menlyn Park Care Centre and when I phoned the Call Centre, that has nothing to do with Telkom you'll need to contact Yellow Pages, but then how do I get charged for that on a Telkom bill never giving any go ahead for that. Typical for Telkom having the monopoly on the telecommunications infrastructure in SA, THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!
