We had problems with this mtn branch in jan 2013 with an upgrade. So we went to another mtn branch. Now that we want to upgrade again the same problem exists.. we were promised that the phone would be delivered via courier on Tuesday 14th of may, nothing happened. The same happened Wednesday and Thursday. On friday they wanted to sent the upgrade via a friend and that friend didnt even know about it.. when we ask them what was going on they said the courier did come and collect the upgrade.. when we asked for a tracking number they gave us one.. but that tracking number doest exists on any of the courier services??? If this is the 2nd time in a row that this happened? What would be next??
