Incompetent, single digit IQ staff

I had to get a statement from 8ta Centurion mall because the statements 8ta send me won't open on my PC. I have upgraded Adobe Reader and tried it on another computer without luck. Never in my entire life have I experienced appalling service like I have from 8ta Centurion. They first told me they can't print a statement for me. After arguing with the rude and incompetent lady, which refused to give me her details, she attempted to print a statement for me - after an hour I had to leave without my statement. For anybody considering moving to 8ta/Telkom Mobile DON'T!!! 8ta, please get one of your incompetent call centre advisors to phone me to cancel my contract and collect your phone. I will also go out of my way to discourage anyone from signing up with 8ta. Based on all the negative feedback on this site I'm not the only person feeling like this!
