HOW CAN THEY STILL DO BUSINESS

Once again I have to complain about Autopage, I bought a modem from their store in Menlyn a month ago, the next day I took the modem back but was not able to get my money back immediately but accepted to wait 7 - 10 working days, we are now on 25 working days and I still do not have my money. When phoning the branch today Tobi in charge is so rude and then puts the phone down in my ear. Secondly my upgrade on my contract was supposed to be delivered already, guess what it still isn't. Their service is so bad and nothing gets done about it. Please everyone if you read this, do not go to Autopage they are useless and you are going to have problems.
