BAD AND BACKWARD SERVICE

I HAVE TWO BLUEBEAN CREDIT CARDS . THE STATEMENTS ARE E MAILED TO ME.WITH THE STATEMENTS BEING ENCRYPTED THIS CREATES PROBLEMS WHEN OPENING THE STATEMENTS .ON MY
ONE COMPUTER I GET TOLD THAT THE STRIATA READER IS NOT A GENUINE VERSION AND ON MY OTHER COMPUTER I GET TOLD THAT IT IS NOT SAFE TO OPEN THE DOWNLOAD.CONSEQUENTLY I CANNOT OPEN MY STATEMENTS.BOTH THE DOWNLOADS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED USING THE WEB ADDRESS FROM THE BLUEBEAN STATEMENT.WHEN PHONING FOR ASSISTANCE I AM NOT HELPED AT ALL AND I AM JUST DEALING WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. IN AN ATTEMPT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM
I HAVE REQUESTED THAT MY STATEMENTS BE POSTED TO ME. THIS IS NOW A PROBLEM FOR BLUEBEAN.I URGENTLY NEED TO SOLVE THE ABOVE PROBLEMS OR ELSE I WILL HAVE NO OPTION EXCEPT TO CANCEL BOTH MY CREDIT CARDS.
