Will opening a case of help?

I have been trying longer that 2 months to get the money R839.58 back that was suppose to be credited to me, but instead Telkom Mobile toke it from me. To cancel any service always takes me 3 trips to the branch to get it right. But still they take your money for the service that was cancelled months ago. I cancelled my Promo 5 contract and BIS at Telkom at Centurion Mall but their staff are so incompetent they send the request to upgrade the contract. They don't even know from which service provider a 061 number is!! THEY gave me the 061 number. They all make promises even the manager of the Centurion branch as she told me that she will phone me, it's almost a week now and she did not keep her promise. Is that the kind of staff that Telkom hires??? I even send emails to the branch but they don't even bother to reply, not to say there customer care centre. They have this fancy contact us on there website. But is all it is contact us, they never reply. It is time we stand up against bad service like this. I had great respect for the Telkom brand, but Telkom Mobile is trashing the name of the brand. The only other solution is to open a case at the Police of!!
