It is sunday an the store is pretty much deserted. I walk to a person at a till and ask for a statement of my account, something I can get at any till from any of your competitors.
However, your incompetent staff send me from pillar to post, finally pointing me to Customer service (and then new accounts) just to get a basic statement. Is this what you call good enough service? Close the place down if you cant to basic things like give statements.
No wonder all my friends are moving away from Edgars and its subsidiaries.
