Telkom the most incompetent service provider in SA

On 12 November 2012 I cancelled my contract with Telkom and received a reference number for cancelation, (67163371A) they explained to me that I would pay my last installment in Dec (30 notice). On 6 Dec I payd R508.03 .In January I received a statement that I'm a R1000 in arrears, since then I have spoken to 4 diffirent poepel at customer care and accounts and whent to 2 branches to sort out my problem! On 18 Feb 2013 I received another statement that I am R1500 in arrears! I have done my part to cancel my contract with them. I don't whant to get blacklisted because Telkom's staff are incompetent of doing their work! I'm tierd of them explaining to me about my final invoice! I just want my final invoice stating that I owe Telkom nothing! Can someone please assist me to get Telkom to sort out my account! I moved to Botswana and can not struggel with them on this side!
