Why is it such a mission to get hold of your bank statements? (Even if it's from a year back?) Instead FNB treats you like a criminal and all you want is a statement.

1. You can't call FNB (Called twice this morning) - nobody answer the phone. Then I had to go all the way to the bank - what do we have email for?!?!
2. The women helping me explain to me that this is not her job and that she has 6 other client's statements to print - meaning I will only get my statements tomorrow afternoon (24/07)
3. Why can't I print my statement with my business banker? (She Aysha from The Grove Mall/FNB told me I have to go in front like everybody else.) Now this Liesel told me I can print my business statement with my business banker?!?!?
4. I will have to pay R11.00 per page or if they email them to me I will pay R11.00 for a statement?!?! I told the women this is unacceptable. I have already paid for postage and I never received my emailed statement.
5. The women also admitted to me how FNB's new website is. She said even with training she still doesn't understand what is going on... I mean really?!?! No wonder FNB is so scrap?!?!

This is utter nonsense!! And pathetic!!
