Incompetent FNB Staff

Its been years since I walked into FNB and boy was I shocked at how things have deteriorated in terms of level of competency.

So I needed to print out a bank statement, upgrade my account, renegotiate my home loan, get a smart phone and consolidate my 6 accounts. I thought, easy peasy. I can do all of this while I am there. After waiting for 45 minutes, I finally made it to the consultant. Get this,

- it took her over 30 minutes to print out my statement, from what looked like a Dos system. She had to print the statement twice because she did it wrong. Which cost me R11 per page
- She advised me that upgrading my account only meant that I would pay more and there were no actual benefits
- Forget about consolidating my accounts, negotiating my home loan or getting a smart phone

After 2 hours in the bank the only thing I achieved was printing a bank statement. What a waste of my time.

I often sing FNB's praise and recommend them to others, but after this, I find myself scared that such incompetent people are handling my money. Absolutely shocked and horrified
