Ad service and incompetence

29/01/13; I called FNB home loans with the intention of requesting a statement & the phone just rang I then selected an option 2 leaving a message the message box was full. Decided 2 go 2 the branch FNB Rivonia since it was the nearest but still left without help my 1st contact was with Portia whom couldn't help because she couldn't print the statement then referred me 2 Caroline who also couldn't help but contacted the home loan division where we waited for a good 30 minutes 2 get a response; Johanna Mzili from home loans answered the call promised 2 assist & send me the statement however after giving her my email address 2 fw the statement she only sent me a blank email with no attachment but a request 2 rate her service HOW RIDICULOUS! I have wasted an hour in the bank trying 2 get a simple thing statement yet couldn't get help even after leaving the bank I have tried 2 call them with no luck tell me where should one go or do 2 get help? Now I'm stuck can't do anything & feel helpless since your incompetent staff failed 2 help. I suggest that you send out statements on email monthly basis 2 avoid such inconveniences Looking fw 2 yur helpful response
