I have a sony bravia klv 46v550a, s/n 1791202 which was bought in 2010 and it was faulty and sent to an accredited sony repair agent on the 11/10/2012. I contacted sony and they referred me to Community Electronic Services. I since then to date make it a point to call the above and all i get told is that the agent is awaiting Sony's response. I find it absolutely unethical and unprofessional on behalf of sony an international branded company and their accredited repair agent.
I phoned the repair agency and they then pass the buck to Sony, between the two i cannot tell what is the problem even after agreeing to pay for the repairs. Four months later and still no joy.
I am pleading with you maybe you can make a difference. I am defenitely not getting any joy.
