Shocking Service

After countless calls, emails and physical visits to their service centres, still sitting with a disfunctional phone. I have been promised by the call centre that a Ms Naidoo or a Ms Jacobs would get in touch with me - a week ago and still nothing. Ony person that really tried was on techinical help desk Kenni and Arnold at Bedford Centre, but neither managed to resolve problem and now Arnold not even returning my calls. Regaret the day I signed a new contract with MTN and took on the BB Z10. Have 99 % of their staff are undertrained and merely say yes in order to try to get rid of you. When you come back with a problem you get a shrug of shoulders. Have wsted over 12 hours trying to resolve problems. Would love to see how quickly MTN would respond if I owed them money - they are in a win-win situation, as they know they have your debit order and usually tied in for 2 years or so. A sad state of affairs.
