I have a 11 year old son, who i needed to get a phone contract for. Arnold wend above and beyond, helping me to select the handset best suited to his needs, and on a regular basis kept me up to date with what was going on and happening, until this was finalised. Not once did he neglect me as a customer. My son is as happy as can be, and would like to thank Arnold for helping us all the time.
