Still waiting for vodacom to call about upgrade

I called the call centre to help my elderly mother get a new contract phone as she is due for an upgrade earlier on this week. i then decided to go online and order a phone since we didnt get a callback hoping it would speed up the process and receive a call. still nothing. Quite honestly dealing with Vodacom has been nothing but torture for a very long time, Ffrom data bundles that just go missing, to her phone that was sent in for repairs and made it back even worse than before with a keypad that isnt functioning and sent it back numerous times but has really never been fixed, bad network and now that she wants a new phone cause you werent able do deliver on her previous complaints, you take your sweet time. PLEASE someone.. anybody contact us. ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU MAKE NO FAULT IN DEDUCTING R415 FROM HER ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. Can she just get the service she deserves AND PAYS FOR!!!
