Called Sales call centre with regards to upgrading our security system, spoke to Sipho who was very professional and confirmend a appointment for 17H30 with a rep by the name of Arnold. Well after re-arranging my schedule to be able to meet with Arnold only to find that Arnold was a no show!
Contacted the sales call centre at 17H45 to 18H25 to find out what had happened to Arnold only to be told by Steven that it was not convenient for Arnold... Is this how your reps do business? Not even a call to advise he was not going to make it... I ask myself is it not maybe time to find another service provider? Funny thing is the last time I made changes to my security system the rep arrived one and a half hours late for his appointment. See a trend... lets hope that this does not rub off on the guards who are actually doing the work!
