For the past 2 months my cell reception at home has deterirated on daily basis. Currently I have one spot outside the house where my cell phone and data device have only "one bar" signal.
I have emailed MTN regarding the problem no less than 4 times regarding the issue, and asked that they investigate the problem with signal in the area (the signal had no problems for 7 years previously)
Twice MTN reply with a email to complete with details, and everything ends there. No feedback at all from them.
It must be noted I am unemployed, and are missing possible interviews due to the fact that I can not answer calls, which is influencing my wellbeing negative.
Also I pay my account via debit order, and MTN servise levels are down to "We got our money, and the customer is on his own".
My contract says you will provide a service for the amount we agreed on when signing the contract. You are not keeping your part of the contract.
Truely pathetic service, but I guess you dont have to resolve it, cause whoever gets the complaint will just pull up their shoulders cause it is not their job to resolve the issue.
