Taking Money from My Account with Authorisation

I have contacted Flexicell on numerous occasions to stop deducting money from my bank account. They have promised to stop doing it and it stopped for about 3 months and then they start again and I do not even have a contract with them.

Now they are deducting R199.00 from my bank account. Please can you stop doing this and you promised to reimburse me the last time, but still no refund or communication from Flexicell's side.

This is going on for a few years now and this is against the consumer protection act.
