PATHETIC CONSULTANTS/PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I previously had a telkom simple account which I paid up and closed in 2012. Later 2013 I want to buy a home and to my surprise unable to do so because myTELKOM ACCOUNT shows as default and not uptodate!!! I contact the call centre enquiries today (7/08/2013) and i speak to a consult who tells me my whole history account with telkom but does not help & tells me to call Credit Management on 012 3111306, i call this number& speak to a male who tells me he is not interested in hearing bout my discussion with the previous consultant because they always give his number when they not surpose to and he says I must call shaun/ charmaine/Riaan on 0116648345 & I call 3 times & no answer. I then call the call centre again speak to Priscilla Galatia who tells me yes my account is indeed R0.00 however is unable to help with updating ITC records or providing a letter that my account is up todate and advises I call Xolani on 0313632470 who can help with this and I call this number and number is not in service, I call the call centre again nd speak to Lulama Moji WHO PUTS ME ON HOLD til the line was cut. I am really disgusted with Telkom service, I need this issue sorted out and now left Hanging
