Ilhaam contacted me, and stated that I owed money. this quickly changed when i said i didnt owe anything! I have asked for this to be escalated to senior management. I was initially promised a callback asap. now it is that he sent a request to team management, but he does not know when i will be contacted! it is 2 weeks already!!! does your management even work??? or do they sit round and illegally blacklist consumers and not give a bout the consumers or the law???
I now received a letter stating that my account is now paid up and closed! I demand to know when my account was not paid up!!! lying bunch of thieving work at VMSA!!!
I demand that senior management email me asap. DO NOT CALL ME EVER!!!
I also demand that the call recordings of all my conversations with VMSA employees since December 2011 be pulled and held for the impending legal action.
