The Vodacom 4 U store under the escalators by the cinema (in Clearwater mall) is possibly the most inefficient and unprofessional store I have ever had the misfortune of having to do business with.
The staff seriously need some customer service training. What they lack in communication skills they make up for in bad attitude. Specifically Patrica and Lerato in the phone repair department.
I feel like I am being here. Firstly the phone cant be fixed, then when I ask for it back, all of a sudden it can be fixed but at 50% of the retail value and then it cant be found, after being told I can collect it!! Now it is found and I have to wait another week to get the phone back. All of this after a month of waiting.
This is bordering insanity. How can a business be run like this??
Save yourself the aggravation - dont visit this store!!!
