We have an office building situated in Northriding. The service throughout the building is exceptionally bad. I can hardly hear the caller when we try to communicate, I can not use my cellphone or 3G in my office at all. We have counted the number of vodacom subcribers in the building and it exceeds 15. The funny thing is that MTN has great reception throughout the building. Attemps to get vodacom to resolve this issue have only ended up in empty promises. We tried to get results through the Call centre to no avail. I went to Head offices in Midrand where a very pleasant lady tried to help, but although she came back to me after a month it was yet another empty promise that they will sort it out. 4 months later I can still not utilise my phone in the office and are loosing business because of this.
