Repeated lousy service - Vodacom Mall@Reds branch

Lousy service - Vodacom Mall@Reds branch in Centurion.

First I went in to transfer my account from my previous employer to my personal details. After four visits and four months finally my account was transfered. Messages left for the specific consultant who first assisted me (because no-one ever know how far is the process and status of requests); either they were never relayed or the specific consultant just ignored them.

A month later I was debited twice! And the second debit was not mine and amounted to a whopping R11 214.98!!!
The first thing the consultant, Rikus Schoeman says to me is..." I know what happened, you exceeded your usage". This before he even logged into my account to investigate! I had to point out to him the references on my bank statement one being my account number and the other clearly being someone elses. He was not even able to see that the other account number was of a corporate! All Rikus could say is "call the customer care" I drove all the way to the branch for that!?
Mr store manager is yet to give me feedback as promised!

The same branch kept my ID for 4 months without the decency to call and let me know.

They do not wear name badges or smiles!
