No response on request for itimized billing

Hi! I requested a itemized billing on my Vodacom contract line because i wanted to know why account was so high! I phoned the accounts department and they told me what document i must fax through for my request & i have done exactly what they expected of me. Ref no for confirming that they received fax: S3-.TN119-9QDCV 30/04/2013.Service request ref: S3-.TP45V-VSTB (Request has been logged). Since then i have never received any feedback from Vodacom and they said we will be contacted within 24-48hrs. I am very disappointed in their level of service being a loyal customer for so long. Hhoping this matter can be resolved.
