The winner Vodacom! I ordered my new Iphone online for delivery as no shop has stock. After reading delivery will take 4 workdays I opted for the bigger 32gig (another R100 pm) as the 16 wasn't available. I immediately received an sms that my contract was extended for 2 yrs. After this I received another that my order is on back order and will be delivered by the 16th of may (I ordered the 3rd) they stated more info to follow (which never did). To add to this, I am not the contract holder so additional docs are needed to receive the phone as the contract holder is miles away. A week later RAM couriers phoned me they've been out 3x to deliver and no one's there, quite interesting as no one notified me on which their response was they'll let me know when the driver has time and I should make sure I am there, so understanding correctly the driver is the boss and the vodacom client must drive around to dance to their shoes.got the device had to go in for a simswap (not avoiding the shop :-( simswap was done @N1City to find out 3 days later it was not done. after having to scream shout and force change in process with voda customer care and RAM couriers, this was resolved. service
