BAD 'NEXT DAY DELIVERY' SERVICE

I placed an order last week Friday for a S4 Mini, my application was approved & was told that my order would be delivered on the following business day being Monday. I was also told that RAM Couriers will contact me on Monday morning to confirm a delivery time. Monday arrives & I receive no call from RAM. Around 12pm I decide to call Vodacom, they give me a tracking number & transfer me to RAM. RAM informs me that delivery times are between 8am and 5pm however they will get the driver to contact me. HE NEVER CALLED. Finally after 2x calls made to RAM, I get put directly through to the driver & at this point its already 16:58. The driver then asks if I can meet him down the road to pick up my parcel as he cannot leave his current client. At first I decline so he then asks if I can wait another 30 mins of which I couldn't as our company closes at 5pm. At this point I was so fed up from all the waiting that I agree to meet at his requested location. I get there, sign for my parcel and without any identity checks, the driver was happy to let me drive off. Bad service from RAM couriers and so much for Vodacom's "Next Day Delivery" service. It was more like "NEXT DAY COLLECTION TNX"!!!
