Hi, I logged a complaint with you regarding Auto Page.
Auto page responded to you saying some body will contact me soon.
its been nearly 10 days and nobody has contacted me!
My Problem is:
The number (0832867826) was supposed to be transferred to Pre-Paid on April 28.
What happened was that the number got cancelled!
It no more exists.
I have been phoning them every day or second day. Everyone keeps saying they will get back to me, but nobody ever does so!!!
Here are the dates when I called and whom I spoke to:
spoke to Violet on 5 May she says: doesn't know why - will raise with manager
should expect a call tomorrow (mon) her ref. 250826
Then on 7th Klindy says he will get back to me after raising with manager.
Then Yugeshan on 9May.
On Fri (10 May) Joe said hendry or sipelele (they are supervisors) will call me.
Then on 13 May Yuben said he logged with IT dep. should take 24 hrs. Only call after 24 working hrs if nothing happens.

I spoke to Lindel on May 16 who now says he needs to confirm the sim number 1st (which I don't have!)
and that it will take another 24 hrs!!
I am so frustrated!
I don't know who to turn to!!! (besides)
