Auto Page Lack of any Service

I have been dealing with auto page Carnivall Mall for over 6 years now and have 9 Different contracts with them on the 16 February I upgraded my one line and Ryno Louwrens assisted me. I mentioned to Ryno that I will be giving the handset Samsung S3 to my son and he will be using it with his number one of the contracts with auto page. At this stage he had insurance on his phone for about R3500 Ryno advised me that we needed to up the insurance to R7500 so that the S3 is fully insured. On the 17 May 2013 we took the phone back to auto page as it got damaged after a month and a half we proceeded to call the shop to see what is happening but got poor service from Fatima store manager. To get to the point they never insured the phone under my sons number as per my instructions they now refusing to repair/replace the phone due to the stores incompetents. Surely the store should take responsibility for their mess up
